Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

International Shipping: We ship worldwide (excluding select Asian regions and remote areas). International customers may be responsible for customs fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

  • Returns & exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings and other intimate jewelry items unless defective. All sales on these items are final.
